Job description:

1. Responsible for the literature review of relevant projects and the atlas of subordinate researchers. Confirm and complete the reasonable design of some project synthesis routes;

2. Carry out overall arrangement of experimental resources such as personnel and reagents according to the designed scheme;

3. Supervise the progress of the project and solve the problems in time;

4. Participate in the work report meeting with customers and basic customer communication;

5. Provide guidance and necessary training to the subordinate employees;

6. Write experiment records, experiment reports and customer reports according to the specifications.

Qualifications:

1. Master degree, or university graduate with more than three years of work experience, major in organic chemistry or pharmaceutical chemistry;

2. Proficient in various organic synthesis reactions and have basic team management skills;

3. Good sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit;

4. Proficiency in English reading.

2. Responsible for the sales and promotion of photoinitiator and pharmaceutical intermediate products of Jinghua Company;

3. Be responsible for developing markets and new channels, organizing marketing promotion, developing new customers and increasing the scope of product sales;

4. Responsible for the collection of market information in the region and the analysis of competitors;

5. Be responsible for the planning and implementation of sales activities in the region, and complete sales tasks;

6. Manage and maintain customer relationships and long-term strategic cooperation plans between customers.
